Approach and Methodology
Each day will be a balance of individual and group activities, outdoor and indoor activities, active and quiet activities, and free and structured activities to foster all aspects of development.
Gyaananda’s Skill-Based Learning
In collaborative learning students work in groups on structured activity. The basis of collaborative learning is constructivism: knowledge is constructed, and transformed by students. Students, together, work on assignments or explore a significant question. This enables students to develop their interpersonal skills and deal with conflict. Moreover, it improves the students’ understanding of the subjects.
At Gyaananda, we focus on engaging students in exploring real-world problems and challenges. This enables them to develop their knowledge as well as identify and develop solutions to problems faced by their communities and the world at large. It also promotes creativity among students. Students engage in projects, and in the process learn the subjects.
